REFLECTION ON SYNODALITY
REFLECTION ON SYNODALITY
By Rev. Sr. Dr. Mary Fausta Manafa, EHJ

A “synod” is a journey of discernment rooted in the Holy Spirit. Synodality means journeying together as the People of God. It indicates participation, that is, the synodal process of equal active participation which entails taking responsibility in listening and dialogue.
The three aspects of synodality includes: Walking together, listening and collaborating as seen in the life of Christ.
Beloved sister, we called to emulate Christ, our spouse and master through the 3 aspects of synodality; Walking Listening and Collaborating together.
May our mother Mary accompany us in our journey of faith, as part of the body of Christ.
