Faithful to our Founder’s vision, the Sisters of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus serve the Church through both sacred worship and pastoral care.
Ministry at the Altar
Our Sisters prepare vestments and altar bread, and ensure that sacristies and sanctuaries are reverently and carefully maintained. By this quiet service, we help clergy and laity celebrate the Eucharist with beauty, order, and devotion worthy of the Lord’s presence.
Pastoral & Catechetical Mission
We are deeply committed to pastoral ministry in Nigeria and abroad. Sisters trained in catechesis embrace this work as their primary apostolate, while every Sister shares in the Church’s mission of evangelization through:
- Faith Formation: Instructing children, youth, and adults in Catholic doctrine
- Sacramental Preparation: Guiding candidates for Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, and Marriage
- Pastoral Counseling: Walking with individuals and families in times of need
Mission Beyond Borders
Inspired by our Founder’s call to be “a great missionary power,” the Congregation has extended her service beyond Nigeria. Today, we minister in Archdioceses in North America: Halifax, Boston, Chicago, and Seattle. Italy, Germany, Glasgow and South Africa
