Elected: September 2003 – 2009 – The Seventh Superior General

Rev. Sr. Mary Henrietta Domingo was elected Superior General of the religious Institute of Sisters of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus from 2003 to 2009.

Under the leadership of Rev. Sr. Mary Henrietta Domingo, the foundation laying ceremony of “Domus Fidei” was done with the assistance of His Eminence, Anthony Cardinal Okogie on April 8, 2006. The zone structure for our Institute was established. In 2008, our Institute obtained the Pontifical Right Status.

The Biennial General Assembly was adopted to discuss the activities of the Institute and also issues affecting the life of the Sisters.

Project coordinator, Economic Development Office was established. The functions of the Project coordinator amongst other things, was to coordinate and supervise the projects of our Institute and to seek funds for the development of our Projects.

The one-hour daily adoration of the Blessed Sacraments in silence started during this Period.
